We use UPS Ground for shipping most of our orders. Expedite shipping is available upon request as well.

Once an online order is placed, the customers will receive a UPS tracking number by e-mail. We do our best to process and ship in-stock items the day the order is received. Orders received after 3:00 P.M. EST will bed shipped the following business day.

UPS will not ship to a Post Office Box

Midwest 1-2 working days
East Coast 2-4 working days West Coast 4-5 Working days

Order Tracking

Internet orders can be tracked by entering your USP tracking number sent via email.

Please note that tracking will begin once your order has been shipped and your information has been posted into to UPS system. Most orders can be tracked within 24 to 48 hours.

Back Orders and Out of Stock Items

Products shipped directly from the manufacturer may require additional time before tracking information can be obtained.

A back order notification will be forwarded to the customer on any item that is not in stock at the time the product is ordered.

Returns / Exchange and Refund

If you are not satisfied with a product, we will gladly exchange it with another product or issue a full refund for the cost of the product. Costs associated with shipping will not be refunded. If there is considerable damage to the product, your refund will be declined. You will have 45 days from the date of invoice to return or exchange a product.

When sending us a product please follow the instructions below:

• The product should be in the same condition as it was shipped.
• Please pack the product back in it's original packaging as best as you can
• Please include a copy of your sales invoice
• Please write the reason for refund or exchange on the back of the sales invoice
